State Of The Nations Address

          It was 2016 when a man or a mayor suddenly became the President of the Republic of the Philippines. Time flys so fast, President Duterte is now on his third year in service and delivered his third State Of The Nation Adress last July 23, 2018. The State of the Nation Address is an annual address by the President of the Philippines to a joint session of the Congress of the Philippines. Mandated by the 1987 Constitution, the speech is delivered every fourth Monday of July at the Plenary Session Hall of the Batasang Pambansa Compl in Batasan Hills Quezon Ciy Metro Manila.

The highlight of his third S.O.N.A was the Bangsamoro Organic Law, War on drugs, Endo contractualization  , Warning against mining and etc. He first mentioned about his war against drug and he says it will be "Relentless" and "as chilling as it began". He also thanks congress for passing the Ease of Doing Business Act he also fired his friends due to corruption. He also gives salute to the soldiers and policemen that has shown their dedication and bravery to win the battle against the maute-isis. He also ask the Congress to pass a law creating a Disaster Management Department with more power and resources.

Hope that his plans for the Philippines and for us Filipinos would be a success. Let us all support the government and let us make the Philippines great because our country reflects on us. S.O.N.A not SANA.

Hon. President Rodrigo R. Duterte, Office of the president Malacañang Palace JP Laurel Street, San Miguel Manila  Dear Mr. President,                 You have amazed me with your decision about the issue on the panatag/scarborough shoal even if we won the arbitration case against china specially about what you said on our soldiers and not sacrificing their lives for just one island. I'm also in favor of campaign against drug but please run this operation through a safe process.We all know that being a President is not an easy job. From making our country's economy high and your efforts on making the Philippine crime rate fall. Whatever your plans are, as long as it is for our country and for us Filipino people I will always support you and I hope that you will make our country Philippines great again. I also hope that there will be a President like you in the future.

          All of us wants a change on our life and in the society but how can we change our life and the society if we cant even change our self? The change that we want is easily achieve if we change our self. Instead of sitting there why go and clean the environment? Instead of playing with your phone why no read books?          Changing yourself is hard and the problem with changing your outer world without changing yourself is that you will still be you when you reach that change you have strived for. You will still have your flaws, anger, laziness, negativity, self-sabotaging tendencies etc. intact. You are in control. Youre the one that control yourself in whatever actions youre doing. Forgive and let go. We must forgive the people who have been bad to us and try to let go the things that we dont need. We need to be true to our self. Filipino: Wika ng Saliksik

                  Sa panahon ngayon marami nang Pilipino ang nasa ibang bansa at tila nakakalimutan na ang ating sariling wika kayat nababagay sa kanila ang tema sa taong ito na Filipino: Wika ng Saliksik. Ang saliksik ay nangangahulugang pag hanap. kung mayroon man tayong salita na di natin alam ang pagsasaliksik ang pinaka mabisang praan upang malaman ito. Ang layunin ng tema sa taong ito ay ang palaganapin ang wikang Filipino sa iba't ibang larangan ng karunungan.                    Alam natin lahat na ang ginagamit sa mga pangunahing asignatura na agham at matematika ay ang lenguaheng ingles ngunit di ba mas naiintindihan natin ito kung sarili nating wika ang ating gagamitin? Mas nagkakaintindihan tayo dahil nasanay na tayo sa paggamit nito, ang ating sariling wika.                  Kayat palaganapin natin ang ating sariling wika gamitin natin ito dahil ang wika ay ang kaluluwa ng isang bansa.
